Other considerations include:

• Is the site purpose to instruct or inform?
• If the site provides opinion, rather than facts, are these clearly identifiable?
• Is the site legally presenting content within copyright and fair use guidelines?
• Does the site provide illustrations? 
• Can an author be identified, and is there contact information?
• What is the author's reputation and qualifications in the subject?
• Are there pop-up ads?

We do not include sites that sell a product (the exception is within the Product Supply sections and the Alert Notices) unless the site also offers important informational content for free.
